We are a financial services business operating exclusively in the automotive industry providing services to our clients who are motor finance companies such as Nissan Finance, motor dealers such as Bristol Street Motors, brokers operating in the motor industry such as Jigsaw Finance and other prestigious brands in the industry such as the RAC.
The company was launched in 2010 having previously provided the same service for 15 years when part of Bank of Scotland.
We hold principal status with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) which can be validated on the FCA register under firm reference 510212.
We work with over 100 clients to contact their customers as they take delivery of their next vehicle.

Our service is designed to provide important information and offer free financial services advice in relation to this event.
GID are a compliance-led business, our advisors follow a regulated consultative process to provide this information enabling customers to make informed decisions in relation to certain Financial Services products that are only available for a limited period of time after taking delivery of the vehicle.
Because these products are highly regulated and because it is in the best interest of customers to hear this information prior to the expiry of the eligibility period for the products available, our clients prefer to outsource this service to specialist FCA authorised firms in the industry such as GID rather than provide the information themselves.
