Your job as an FCA authorised advisor will be to contact customers via telephone who have recently purchased a car through one of our clients and go through some of the options available to them as a new car owner.
We partner with great brands such as Renault , Peugeot and the RAC, so giving a great customer experience under FCA guidelines is pivotal. As well as providing an excellent service to our customers we also expect you to sell, the products we are offering and consistently meet the expected monthly sales targets.
We are looking for confident and professional individuals who are target driven but also have the intention of putting our customers at the heart of everything they do.
Telephone or sales experience would be helpful but not a necessity.
